FireZONE™ fire resistant and smoke control doorsets in compartment and separation zones. FD30S – FD60S – FD90S – FD120S

CEDor FireZONE™ doorsets are available in 43mm or 54mm constructions from Single Doorset, to glazed Double swing Double doorset with overpanel. A wide dimensional envelope in our field of application ensures a fully certified solution. Glazing options are available in Georgian Wire for Integrity only to PyroClear glazed for integrity and insulation performance up to FD60S. All doorsets are supplied with Intumescent and smoke seals to the frames perimeter and to the meeting stile edge of the 2nd active leaf in pairs. Intumescent strips are fitted to the frames prior to CNC hinge preps to provide an accurate prep, to ensure the correct amount of intumescent remains and to reduce the necessary site preparation by the installation team. Intumescent smoke seals are dual finned to ensure no interruption by any hardware fitted. All glazed doorsets are supplied factory glazed.

All CEDor® frame and architrave combinations are available from the CCN FireZONE™ range. NB FD60S and 35dBA upwards are only available in hardwood or steel frame assemblies.
